Keeping standards high on site.
As Site Foreman & Health & Safety Officer, Greg plays an important role in the day-to-day delivery of Benjamin Henry projects, helping to ensure our sites remain safe, organised & running efficiently.
Working closely with our Project Managers, trades & wider site team, Greg helps coordinate activity on site, maintain high standards of workmanship & make sure everyone has what they need to carry out their work safely & effectively.
Alongside his role as Site Foreman, Greg oversees health & safety across our sites, helping to ensure safe working practices are embedded into the way we operate every day. His practical, hands-on approach means potential issues can be identified early, standards are maintained & work can continue safely without compromising on quality.
My Role
Safe, organised & well-managed sites
As Site Foreman & Health & Safety Officer, Greg combines hands-on site coordination with responsibility for maintaining the high health, safety & quality standards expected across Benjamin Henry projects.
Day-to-day site coordination
Working closely with Project Managers & trades to coordinate activity on site, keep work progressing & ensure everyone is working towards the same programme.
Health & safety
Promoting safe working practices across every project, carrying out regular checks & helping ensure our sites meet the required health & safety standards.
Quality control
Monitoring work as it progresses & ensuring workmanship reflects the level of quality & attention to detail expected across every Benjamin Henry project.
Supporting the site team
Providing practical guidance & support to trades on site, helping resolve day-to-day challenges & keeping communication clear between everyone involved.
Site organisation
Maintaining tidy, professional & well-organised working environments where materials, equipment & trades can be managed safely & efficiently.
